WisdomTree to Buy Ceres Partners, in Expansion Into Private Markets

The fund manager has agreed to acquire closely held Ceres Partners, a farmland-investment specialist, in a deal that will bring roughly $1.85 billion in assets across more than 500 farm properties under the WisdomTree umbrella.
